1. Terms of Service

All content provided by this application is for personal learning purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

2. Form of Service Use (Accountless Description)

This application adopts an accountless design. You do not need to register, log in, or bind any account to use all free or paid functions directly. The nicknames and avatars you set within the app, as well as all learning progress and level data generated, are stored securely and exclusively on your current iOS device locally. Please note that uninstalling this application will cause your local learning progress data to be physically erased and it cannot be recovered.

3. Purchase and Activation

• Purchase Mode: One-time lifetime purchase. Paying unlocks all upgraded level content from Level 1 to Level 10.
• Price & Payment: Prices are subject to the actual price and currency displayed in the App Store. All payment processes are completed through the official App Store account bound to your Apple ID.
• Activation: Upon successful payment, the corresponding learning content will be unlocked immediately.
• Restore Purchases: If you replace your iOS device or uninstall and reinstall the app, you can use the "Restore Purchases" function within the app to verify credentials directly with the App Store and reactivate your purchased content for free, provided you are logged into the same Apple ID.
• Refund Policy: All charges, billing, and refunds regarding in-app purchases are fully controlled and processed by Apple (App Store). If you need to request a refund due to an accidental purchase or other reasons, please submit a refund request directly through Apple's official channels (such as visiting apple.com). Refund outcomes are determined independently by Apple in accordance with its official terms of service.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the content, but we make no guarantees regarding its completeness or timeliness.

5. Modification of this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be published within the application.

6. AI Conversation Code of Conduct

The AI Japanese conversation feature provided by this application is designed to help users improve their language skills. When using this feature, you must comply with the following standards:

• You shall not use the AI conversation feature to generate, disseminate, or induce any content that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;
• You shall not use the AI conversation feature to generate, disseminate, or induce any content that is violent, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, personal attacks, or of any other illegal, harmful, or offensive nature;
• You shall not attempt to use the AI conversation feature to generate misleading or false information, or content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, reputation rights, and privacy rights);
• You shall not use the AI conversation feature for any commercial promotion, spamming, or engage in other activities unauthorized by this application;
• You shall bear full responsibility for the content you input through the AI conversation feature and all consequences arising therefrom. This application reserves the right to take necessary measures against violations of the above standards, including but not limited to issuing warnings, restricting or suspending the use of the AI conversation feature locally on the client side, and reporting to relevant authorities.

This application utilizes a third-party AI service (DeepSeek API) to generate response content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or absolute harmlessness of the generated content. If you find any inappropriate content in the AI dialogue, you are welcome to provide feedback to us at support@hellojapanapp.com.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
